Sustainably grown along the Atlantic coast of Bordeaux, this natural white balances Chardonnay’s supple texture with Rolle’s vibrant lift. Ocean breezes and coastal soils lend a subtle saline minerality, while citrus blossom and crisp orchard fruit carry through a clean, energetic finish.
Direct pressed for its luminous ruby glow, this Merlot begins its journey with wild yeasts and is bottled mid-fermentation. The wine completes its transformation in bottle, creating natural bubbles with nothing added and nothing taken away.
Hand harvested in perforated boxes, direct cold pressed, and fermented in stainless steel before bottle fermentation. Regular riddling and disgorgement create fine bubbles, elegant texture, and fresh red berry character.
Serve well chilled. Natural sparkling wines may contain fine sediment and should be opened carefully.
