Part-Time Office & Operations Administrator
A fast-moving, hands-on administrative role for someone organized, curious, dependable, and ready to wear many hats in the world of boutique wines, spirits, hospitality, office operations, and warehouse support.

ACORVINA & Company imports and distributes boutique wines and distinctive spirits from around the world. We are a small, energetic team where every day brings something different.
One moment you may be organizing office projects, and the next you may be preparing products for an event, helping with warehouse organization, or learning about a new wine from one of our producers.
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and energetic Office & Operations Administrator to support our growing business.
This is a catch-all administrative and operations support role. The ideal person can multitask physically, mentally, and linguistically while staying positive, professional, and focused in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
- Administrative support and project coordination
- Customer service by phone and email
- Document preparation, filing, and organization
- Data entry and digital file management
- Calendar coordination and meeting preparation
- Vendor and customer communication
- Website, marketing, and research support
Operations & Event Support
- Assisting with order preparation
- Inventory and warehouse support
- Product organization and labeling
- Packing samples for customers
- Shipping and receiving assistance
- Event setup and breakdown
- Occasional local business errands
What We’re Looking For

- Spanish language skills are a plus

Physical Requirements
This role includes both office work and light warehouse activity. Candidates should be comfortable with movement throughout the day.
- Walk frequently between office and warehouse areas
- Lift and move products weighing up to approximately 35 pounds
- Stand for extended periods during tastings and events
- Assist with organizing, loading, and preparing products when needed
- Work comfortably in both office and warehouse environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older due to alcohol handling and tasting-related activities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Interest in wine, spirits, hospitality, food, or international business
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, WordPress, or social media is helpful
- Customer service, inventory, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is a plus

Independent Contractor Information
This opportunity is classified as a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, benefits, and applicable professional requirements.
- Contractors must provide accurate invoices or approved time records for payment.
- This position does not include employee benefits such as paid vacation, health insurance, retirement plans, unemployment insurance, or workers’ compensation benefits unless otherwise required by law.
- Work schedule and assignments will be coordinated based on business needs, seasonal demand, and mutual agreement.
